The Client was looking for android application that covers all major functions related to Income Tax and Goods and service Tax.
The Situation
The Client was looking for android application that covers all major functions (IT & GST)where they need to communicate with his customers like provide documents, give guidance for different process like how to register for gstin number etc.
Objective
Provide platform that accessible through all his clients.
HTA: Fastax wanted to make information of tax and customer transaction ease by providing facility to
- Calculation of various tax and gain for e.g. capital gain, Reverse tax, salary Tax
- Checking return status, credit and cash ledgers GST details from GSTIN.
- Get connected with clients through broadcasting and feeds.
- Provide Document after Returns are paid over a time.
- Inform his client for different due dates and documents required to go through govt. process to get benefits and schemes.
Challenges
In HTA: the Major challenge of Fastax is to provide all the GST related information and data within premises of GST Portals.
Our Analysis of Situation
- To use full fetch facility of HTA: Fastax user needed to provide API permission from https://www.gst.gov.in/ and repeat this same process at every regular period.
- All Transaction specific documents prepared by Chartered Accountant will be provided on request bases to customer.
Our Solution and Approach
Provide guide in App for API permission and what is purpose to do that.
Developed CRM for Chartered Accountant to manage his clients for return request and upload other information related to Due Dates and Required Document facility.
Tech Stack
- PHP and MySQL were used for main coding framework in CRM.
- For Cloud Storage,we have implemented Drobox.
- For App, we have used Android Studio with MVP Framework

- HTA: Fastax app saved time of Client’s customer by getting reduction in number of visits to CA office in person.
